Current policy prevents ICE agents from engaging in immigration enforcement activities in “sensitive areas”, such as public schools and colleges, without specific cause, such as serving a legal warrant. If you see or encounter an ICE agent on campus, University officials are available to assist you.
- Students should contact the Dean of Students office: 707-826-3504
- Staff should contact Human Resources: 707-826-3626
- Faculty should contact Academic Personnel Services: 707-826-5086
We can also assist you in eliciting support from the University Police Department for verifying the legality of any warrants, court orders, and/or subpoenas, or you can call University Police at 707-826-5555.
